A brief history of KEM ONE
1983: Creation of Atochem, whole subsidiary of Elf Aquitaine. Atochem changes its name to Elf Atochem in 1992.
2000: Elf Atochem and TotalFina merged and become Atofina. Reorganization of Total group’s chemical branch and become ARKEMA in 2004.
2012: Arkema divests its vinyl business to Klesch Group.
Creation of KEM ONE, a company fully integrated in the vinyl sector. Alain de Kranssny is now the sole shareholder in Kem One
